Jordan Millhausen

Jordan is the founder and Head Coach here with Jb Performance. He is a NASM certified trainer with a NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialization). His goal is to make athletes jump higher, run faster, and move with more power. 


His love for sports started with lacrosse at the age of 5 and expanded to football and basketball as he got older. His passion for sports performance development began in his early college years. His drive and thirst for knowledge continues to grow and expand each day with the desire to push the human body to its maximum physical capacity.

Corey Bailey

Corey is a Sports Performance Specialist and Master Trainer with Jb Performance. He received his degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Frostburg State University in 2018 where he played football and was on the Track & Field team.


His experience as a trainer is vast and his knowledge of sports performance is some of the greatest around. Corey has worked as a performance trainer at Merritt Athletic Clubs, LA Fitness, and Parisi Speed School. He was also the assistant Track & Field coach at Woodlawn High.


Corey is the founder and owner of East Coast Volt 7on7, an elite football program dedicated to helping young football athletes get exposure. His passion is helping his athletes reach ELITE levels.

Danielle Forrest

Danielle was born and raised in Southern Jersey. She attended Winslow High where she was a 1,000-pt. scorer and all-area performer in basketball. After attending Monroe Junior college where she helped her team capture a national championship, she obtained a scholarship to play D-1 at Morgan State University. She has professional basketball experience and is still in pursuit of reaching the highest level. 


Danielle has over a decade worth of training experience. She believes in always emphasizing function regardless of one’s training goals. Danielle specializes in body weight training, unconventional strength training (Kettlebells, sandbags, clubs, etc.), and athletic performance enhancement. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Specialist, and a TRX Qualified Trainer.

Even if you don't play a sport this place is still great to get in shape.
