Founder and head Trainer

Jordan Millhausen is a NASM certified trainer with a NASM PES (Performance Enhancement Specialization). His goal is to help people lose weight, build muscle, and perform better. He created this program to help busy adults achieve fast and sustainable results without spending hours a day in the gym. 

Corey bailey

Master trainer, strength & lean mass

Corey Bailey is a Master Trainer and strength specialist with Jb Performance. While playing DII football, Corey received his degree in Exercise & Sports Science from Frostburg State University in 2018. Corey's goal is to make strength training a staple in everyone's workout plan no matter your age or gender.

Master trainer, weight loss

Danielle Forrest is a master trainer, basketball skills trainer, and weight loss specialist with Jb Performance. She believes in always emphasizing functional training  regardless of one’s health and fitness goals. She is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Specialist, and a TRX Qualified Trainer.

Michael Atunrase

Celebrity trainer, adult fitness & weight loss 

Michael Atunrase joins the Jb Performance team as a special guest trainer. Michael is a former NFL athlete and the creator and head coach of Resilience Fitness, our virtual class host. He is a thought leader in the health and fitness industry with over 10 years of experience working with adults, scholastic sports, and professional athletes.
